Whether you replace your whole inventory or periodically cull older balls, tell us about your stock, brands, and condition.
Typical shipments range from 10,000 to more than 100,000 balls. Depending on location, purchases from 5,000 balls may be possible. Ask our team about your shipment.
Original range-ball boxes may be accepted by arrangement. Otherwise, the standard full 12 × 12 × 12-inch box requirements apply. Let us know before you pack.
PACKING & SHIPPING
You pack.
We pay for shipping.
You’ll need to obtain your own 12 × 12 × 12-inch boxes. Fill each one completely — partially filled standard boxes are not accepted.
- Fill your boxes.A full standard box holds approximately 400 balls. We accurately count the shipment when it arrives.
- Tape them securely.Prepare your boxes for transport, with seams securely taped.
- Tell us your box count.Once the count is known, we email labels to print and attach. Shipping is arranged with UPS or FedEx.

Every ball has
its own story.
Age, brand, and condition determine the value of your shipment. Once received, your golf balls are counted, cleaned, and graded before final pricing.
Have an estimate in mind? Share it in the form. It helps us understand your expectations, but it is not an agreed purchase price.
From arrival to payment.
An initial check is generally mailed within a few days of receiving your shipment, based on the estimated quantity and quality.
Any balance follows processing, normally within a couple of weeks. Shipments over 25,000 balls may take longer.
